Welcome to the Windmill Theatre School website.
Miss Netta started The Windmill Theatre School in January 2007 and now in its 8th year has over 100 children enjoying drama, dance and singing. The other members of the teaching team are Amy Welton, choreographer, and Phil Cavill as the vocal coach. Classes take place on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays with an Adult group on Friday mornings.
Our aim is to build the confidence of our students, whilst developing their skills in drama, dance and singing. We aim to do this in a fun, friendly and exciting way by engaging each individual student’s needs.

Since October 2013, Windmill Theatre School has had a very exciting time.
On Saturday 7 December, our Masterclass 16-25 year olds performed “A night at the musicals”, which has had excellent reviews. Well done Master class, you did an amazing job. Netta, Phil and Amy are incredibly proud of what you achieved.
On the 24th and 25th January 2014, Windmill Theatre School’s adult group “The Drama Queens” performed ‘Aladdin’. An outstanding performance from the group, Aladdin was funny and so well performed. Netta, Phil and Amy would also like to congratulate The Drama Queens on their performances.
The performance on the 24th was a last minute decision as the 25th’s two shows were completely sold out. The Friday night managed to sell close to 100 tickets in a week and raised £1000 for The St Vincent Flood Appeal. Thank you to everyone who helped make it happen!
